Sober Industries, the Artistic Laboratory
We are a young, dynamic, multi-disciplinary art collective specialized in the development and realization of creative concepts and art projects. On the one hand we are versatile in generating ideas and on the other hand we meet a wide spectrum of competences to work out our projects
Unlike what the name suggests, our work is far from Sober. In everything we develop lies a deeper meaning. This deeper layer serves as inspiration and motivation, and gives our work more than meets the eye. It's not always visible at first sight, but when one deepens in the work it might become visible and shows it's characteristics and underlaying meanings. We are always trying to input more and more dimensions into our work. An example of this, something that returns in our work more often, is projection mapping on sculptures we develop ourselves. By using projection mapping we are able to create deeper layers on top of an art piece.
Sober stands for a sincere and honest way of working, both in commissioned and personal projects.
We do not focus specifically on one segment of the creative market. From painting on canvas, to the hosting of our own festival stage, to develop high end custom stage shows for well known artists, to design and place a permanent statue. For everything that has a link to creativity and art... Sober Industries does it all!
One of our main goals is to constantly keep developing ourselves more and more, both in generating concepts as in execution. To do this we are constantly updating ourselves in new technology, try new technics and mediums and combinations of all those aspects. And if we cannot do it ourselves, our extensive creative network provides us with all we need, to deliver. Thereby we offer our clients a professional costumer- and project management.
Meanwhile the brand Sober Industries is not only known in our own country but is picked up at international level by our projects.
With our newest section 'Sober Music' we are going to infiltrate the music industry.
